PoopieScoopiez provides pet waste removal services on a subscription basis. Your acceptance of a subscription constitutes agreement to these terms.

Pricing and service frequency are outlined in our Pricing page. You agree to the selected frequency and payment schedule as outlined in your chosen plan.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due monthly, as outlined in your chosen plan. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension of service.
4. Customer Responsibilities
- Ensure all pet waste is contained within designated areas.
- Provide clear access to all areas requiring service.
- Notify PoopieScoopiez of any changes to your property or schedule.
5. Liability
PoopieScoopiez is not responsible for any damages to property or injuries resulting from customer negligence or failure to comply with these terms.
6. Termination
You may terminate your subscription at any time by providing written notice to PoopieScoopiez. PoopieScoopiez reserves the right to terminate your subscription for breach of these terms.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona.
